NSM Alerts are not getting emailed when the alert rules are hit.
We can have NSM configured to send alerts when a certain condition or criteria is met based on the Rules Defined under Firewall View->Alerts & Notifications.
When there is cpu spike on the firewall and when it exceeds the threshold, email alert is not getting generated from NSM. But if we check under History section of Alerts & Notifications. We can see the alert being triggered. But emails not sent from NSM for the same, though email notification is enabled for the alert.
Login to NSM->Manager View->CSC USers->Users->Make Sure "Notification" is Turned on for the specific user.
