SMA1000: The upgrade from 12.4.0 to 12.4.2 fails with error code 106.

SMA1000: If any Legacy Administrators are configured, the upgrade from 12.4.0 to 12.4.2 fails with error code 106.

While upgrade the SMA Firmware version-12.4.0 to 12.4.2, the following error will show up in the logs.

#/var/log/aventail/upgrade.log

Migration script /usr/local/aventail/migrate/50_amc/10_import_config failed with error code 106

Restoring existing appliance databases...

ERROR.  migrate.sh returned non-zero error code -- 106.  Exiting.

Please review the below logs you will notice the error, if you have any Legacy Administrator roles it will show up this error code 106.

• Login to AMC console
• Navigate to General Settings
• Administrators -Edit- Check if any roles are created with Legacy (Legacy Local Administrators are not supported. In order to upgrade you must remove all Legacy Local Administrators)
• Remove & Save it
• Apply pending changes
• Start the upgrade process again.
• We should be able to upgrade sucessfully.
