The following example demonstrates the procedure on how to create a new Gateway AV and Anti-Spyware Threat profile with the SonicOS 7.1.1 and later versions.
NOTE: This feature is only available for devices running UPE Mode (NSv and NSSP devices)
First, we need to create a couple of new Profile Objects one for Gateway AV and Anti-Spyware.
Navigate to OBJECT | Profile Objects | Anti Spyware and Gateway Anti-Virus and click on Add.

Do the same for Gateway Anti-Virus.

Create a new Security Action Profile for both Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware. Under the “Profile based on” choose your new profile threat.

Click on save.
Next, you need to add the profile into a policy rule and choosing the security rule action.
