How to move a firewall from Zero Touch to Manual Mode

This article describes how to change the firewall management to Manual Mode, this process can be used anytime there are communication issues with NSM.

Follow these steps to change the firewall management to Manual:

1. Login to your MySonicWall Account and select the device you want to modify
2. Disable Zero Touch
   
   
3. Go back to NSM
4. Update the IP and Login Details.

CAUTION: Make sure that the HTTPS Management is enabled on your WAN interface and that there are no other WAN to WAN rules created which deny the traffic.

NOTE: Do not move the device from Cloud to On Box option.
