How to disable Geo-IP feature of "Block all UNKNOWN countries" to a group of firewalls using GMS 9.3

Description

This article shows the process of disabling the "Block all UNKNOWN countries" option in multiple firewalls when using GMS 9.3

Resolution

In GMS, click on your firewall Group you need to make this change to on the firewall tree.

  • Click on the Manage option at the top of the screen and scrolling down on the left to Security Services|Geo-IP Filter page.
  • Uncheck the Option for ā€œBlock All UNKNOWN countriesā€ and click updateImage
  • A pop up will appear and you can select the "Immediate" option or schedule as needed using the "At" option, then click Accept. Your change should now push out to the firewalls within the group you selected.
