This article describes how to access the Knowledge Base portal from the MySonicWall account.
Resolution
1. Log in to www.mysonicwall.com.
2. Click on Support & Resources, and then Knowledge Articles. It will redirect you to the KB portal.
3. By using the dropdowns, you can refine your search for a specific option.
