EPC check is not working when NX session resumes.

When Always on VPN is enabled and the Net Extender session resumes, EPC check does not happen.

This is because, Net Extender reconnection will use the previous session and when the session is available, it will connect directly. If EPC check is need, Recurring EPC supports the scenario.
