When windows 11 users try to connect to the Service tunnel, all Windows 11 users with latest Microsoft gets the following error " The service Tunnel could not be configured, please ensure your tunnel's peer is reachable"

The service Tunnel could not be configured. Please ensure your tunnel's peer is reachable on Windows 11 when users try to connect service tunnel

Resolution

Microsfot released a new KB a week ago and belongs to win 11 build 24H2

This KB July 22, 2025—KB5062660 (OS Build 26100.4770) Preview causes CSE service tunnels fails to connect.

Current Workaround: We need to un-install the "Microsoft KB5062660" so the CSE could establish a service tunnel connection.

However, we have escalated this issue to Sonicwall Engineering, this is being investigated.
