Twilio Settings
The Twilio Settings tab allows administrators to configure the Twilio account credentials used for SMS notifications. Administrators must provide the Twilio Account SID, Authentication Token, and a valid Twilio phone number before SMS notifications can be sent.
To define the Twilio settings
- Navigate to System | Settings > Administration > Notifications.

Select the Twilio Settings tab.
- Account SID - This acts as a user name. It can be found on your twilio project setting (https://www.twilio.com/console/project/settings) under the API credential.
- Authentication Token - This acts as a password. It can be found on your twilio project setting (https://www.twilio.com/console/project/settings) under the API credential.
- Phone Number - This should be same the as your Twilio registered number.
- Click Accept.
