Compatibility and Installation Notes

SonicWall Mobile Connect (MC) 5.0.14 for macOS is supported on all macOS models running the following macOS versions:

• macOS 15.x (Sequoia)
• macOS 14.x (Sonoma)
• macOS 13.x (Ventura)
• macOS 12.x (Monterey)

SonicWall Mobile Connect 5.0.14 for macOS is a free app, but requires a concurrent license on one of the following SonicWall solutions to function properly:

• SonicWall firewall appliances including the NSa, TZ, SOHO and SuperMassive series platforms. This includes SonicWall SonicOS 6.x or higher, SonicOS 7.x or higherand SonicOS 8.x or higher.

• Secure Mobile Access (SMA) 100 Series appliances running 10.2.2 or higher.

• Secure Mobile Access (SMA) 1000 Series appliances running 12.4.3 or higher.

What's New

Upgrade to the latest Mobile Connect version to enable access to IPv6 backend resources (in addition to IPv4) through the SMA1000 series.

The latest Mobile Connect supports connections to either version 12.4.3 or 12.5.0, but IPv6 resource access is available only with SMA version 12.5.0 and later.
