Uninstalling SentinelOne and Capture Client from Windows Machine

This article covers different ways of uninstalling SentinelOne and Capture Client from Windows Machine..

There are four ways of uninstalling SentinelOne from the End Device

• Seamless Uninstall of Capture Client & SentinelOne through "Uninstall Client" from the CMC 

Go to section Protection->Devices. Search for your Machine Name . Click on icon  located on the RHS of your machine . Click the option "Uninstall Client" from the menu

• Seamless Uninstall of Capture Client & SentinelOne through "Show Authorization Password" from the CMC 

Go to section Protection->Devices. Search for your Machine Name . Click on icon  located on the RHS of your machine . Click the option "Show Authorization Password" from the menu to get the Password. Use this Password for uninstalling Capture Client & SentioneOne from Control Panel. 

• Uninstalling SentinelOne from the Unmanaged SentinelOne Agents Section

For devices that appear to have a SentinelOne agent installed, but are not managed by Capture Client. Go to section Protection->Devices. Search for your Machine Name . Click on icon  located on the RHS of your machine . Click the option "Uninstall" from the menu

• Manual Uninstall of SentinelOne using PassPhrase

For devices that appear to have a SentinelOne agent installed, but are not managed by Capture Client. Go to section Protection->Devices and under "Unmanaged SentionelOne Agents". Search for your Machine Name . Click on icon  located on the RHS of your machine . Click the option "Show Authorization Passphrase" to get the Passphrase.Use this Passphrase for uninstalling SentinelOne from Control Panel.
