Users running NetExtender version 10.3.4 may encounter the error message: “SonicWall NetExtender service does not respond!”
This occurs even though the NetExtender service is visible in Services.msc, set to Automatic, and appears to be running normally. The issue is intermittent and does not affect all users.
The recommended fix is to upgrade to NetExtender version 10.3.5, which addresses this issue.
Download the latest NetExtender client from the mysonicwall.com.
Uninstall version 10.3.4 before installing 10.3.5 to ensure a clean upgrade.
