How do I Access NSM?
How Do I Add or Remove users in NSM?
- Employee and user access, password management, etc. is controlled by you inside of your MSW simply by making sure they have a user in your MSW account (Creating and adding users in the mysonicwall.com account) and adding them to the user group with permissions to the applicable tenant with the managed units.
How do I manage alerts in NSM?
NSM has the ability to send many different types of alerts, however MSS no longer controls what alerts you get from unit events like we could in GMS. You will need to setup alerts for applicable event types that you want to get alerted on.
- To select which alerts you want to see from your units, refer to the Configuring Events Settings | NSM SaaS Administration Guide.
- Once you’ve setup the alerts that you’d like to receive, go to the users page and enable notifications for any users that you would like to receive event alerts.
