Infocyte: ARR Removing Agents, Locations, and Organizations

In addition to uninstall script found on the Agent Install page, agents can be removed from the portal following the directions below.

Removing Active Agents at the Location Level

• Log into your Infocyte instance.
• Click Organizations (top tabs).
  

• Click on your Organization name
  

• Click on the assigned Location
  

• Enter Agents name in the search box, click on the three dots next to the device, and select “Uninstall”.
  

• If the agent is still actively checking into the portal, this will send the uninstall command to the device, uninstalling the agent and removing the device from the portal.
• If the agent is not actively checking into the portal, the command will hold up to 30 days to push to the device on the next check in and change the agent status to "Pending Removal".

Removing Active Agents from the Device Management Page in Bulk

• Navigate to the device management page by Click the user Icon (top right).
  

• Click Admin
  

• Select Devices (left tabs)
  

• Select the Location from the drop down menu.
  

• Check the boxes next to the individual devices, or check the top box to select all agents displayed. Select “Uninstall” from the drop down menu under the 3 dots at the top of the list.
  

Removing Decommissioned Devices from the Portal

• Navigate to the device management page by Click the user Icon (top right).
  

• Click Admin.
  

• Select Devices (left tabs)
  

• Select the Organization and Location from the drop down menu.
  

• Check the boxes next to the individual devices, or check the top box to select all agents displayed. Select “Delete” from the drop down menu under the 3 dots at the top of the list.
  

• This method will remove the agent from the portal only.

Removing Locations from the Portal

Once all agents are removed from a Location, only then can it be deleted from the portal.

• Log into your Infocyte instance.
• Click Organizations (top tabs).
  

• Click on your Organization name
  

• Click on the assigned Location.
  

• Clicking on the three dots at the top of the page, select “Delete” from the drop down menu.
  

• Confirm the deletion.
  

• If you receive an error stating that you cannot delete the location due to agents in the Location still, please send a message to support@solutionsgranted.com so we can reset the Location and enable the deletion.

Removing Organizations from the Portal

Once all Locations are removed from a Organization, only then can it be deleted from the portal.

• Log into your Infocyte instance.
• Click Organizations (top tabs).
  

• Click on your Organization name
  

• Select “Delete” from the Upper Right hand corner.
  

• Confirm the deletion.
