This article explains how to enable "Don't Time out Pending Commits" for Tenants on NSM
Enabling this option for a tenant will not time out any pending commits for firewalls that are offline. Commits will continue to show pending in the “Commits” view.
Step 1: Log in to the NSM management portal via your MSW account by navigating to Available Services > Capture Security Center, or by entering cloud.sonicwall.com directly into your browser.
Step 2: Go to Manager View and select Tenants as shown below.

Step 3: Choose either All Tenants or a specific tenant for which you want to enable the "Don't Time Out Pending Commits" option.
In this example, we have selected the tenant "Acquisition Demo" and enabled the setting as shown below.
