How to configure the Realm for Mobile Connect access

This article will explain the recommended realm setup for Mobile Connect access with/without End point control. The following screenshots show two Realm setup for Mobile Connect access - One with no EPC and the other with EPC Zones. If you have any existing realms already setup with the following requirements, then we can use the same for Mobile Connect sessions.

This article will explain the recommended realm setup for Mobile Connect access with/without End point control. If you have any existing realms already setup with the following requirements, then we can use the same for Mobile Connect sessions.
The End point control definitions for Mbile Connect is different from regular windows/mac/linux machines. With the realm/Community settings, we recommend to disable other access agents like Smart tunnel, OD Proxy, Web proxy. However the Other Tunnel configuration like CT Pool, etc needs to be configured using the Configure button in the Smart tunnel access section.
Workplace layout or even Style settings can be adjusted according to the Smartphone appearance and usage.
