How to download Access Points TSR on GEN 6 Firewall

Resolution for SonicOS 6.5

This release includes significant user interface changes and many new features that are different from the SonicOS 6.2 and earlier firmware. The below resolution is for customers using SonicOS 6.5 firmware.

In order to collect the Access Point TSR on a GEN 6 firewall, an option needs to be enabled on the internal settings of the firewall.

How can I access the internal settings?

1. Access the internal settings (diag page) - The Diag page can be reached by typing in the LAN IP of the SonicWall in the browser, with a /diag.html at the end.
2. Search for Wireless Settings.
3. Enable the option SonicPointN Logging Enable on the diag page (Internal settings).
4. Click ACCEPT, and CLOSE.
   
   
   
5. Navigate to MANAGE || Access Points || Base Settings and Click on the down arrow on the right side.
