This article will help you to add another administrator or User in CMC Portal, so that they can access and manage your CMC portal based on access role they have
Step-1) log in to the CMC console(we can mention the hyperlink to redirect capture client-36.sonicwall.com)
Step-2) Navigate to Management>Administrator on the left menu

Step-3) Click on the Add Icon shown in the screenshot below

Step-4) A dialog box will pop up and fill all the details in there

*Enter the Email address of the Admin/User you are supposed to create an account for
*Enter the name of an Admin/User
*Select the Role(Users with the Admin role will have full control over the CMC dashboard and can make all the possible changes.
Users with the 'Viewer' role can only login and view your CMC portal, but cannot make any changes.)
*Enter 'Inactivity Logout' time to the desired value
*Create a password for the Admin/User
Step-5) Click on 'Create'
The Admin/User will be created and you will be able to see all the Administrators under Management>Administrators
