Once the device is connected, you can also review vendor details in the Tech Support Report. To do this, download the firewall’s Tech Support Report (refer to "How can I download the required Tech Support files?").
Open the TSR using Notepad++, press CTRL+F to open the search window, and search for SFP_DUMP_START by clicking "Find All in Current Document."
Then, select the corresponding result in the search results panel below.

Scroll down until the SFP section shows "SFP Present". In this example the Vendor Name is "FINISAR CORP."
