Zones

The Network > Zones page provides information about all the Zones you have created and also configure them.

Zones are used to define the devices.

For example:

Zone 1: AP1+AP2+ Switch1 , Use AP-Policy-1, Switch Policy-1

Zone 2: AP3+Switch2+Switch3, Uses AP-Policy-2, Switch Policy-2

The table has the columns, Zone, Hierarchy, AP Policy, Switch Policy, Access Point(AP) Count and Switch Count.

Expanding the Zone row provides more detailed information about each of the Zone APs and Switches. This includes its:

When you hover over a Zone then the below options appear on the right side

Option	Description
	Click on the icon to open Edit Zone pop-up The fields Name, Description, AP Policy and Switch Policy are editable. Zone Devices: To Add Access Points or Switches Click on Add Select the Access Points and Switches Click on Add To Delete Access Points or Switches Select the Access Points and Switches Click on Delete Click OK, to save changes
	Click on the icon to copy.
	Click on the icon to open Transfer Device pop-up Select the device and the zone to transfer the device. Click OK to transfer the device
	Click on the icon to delete the Zone.

The toolbar above the table has the below options.

Option	Description
	Click this icon to open the Add Zone pop-up. In the Add Zone pop-up Enter the details for the following fields Name Description Location AP Policy Switch Policy Zone devices Click on Add Select the Access Points and Switches Click on Add Click on OK, to add the Zone
	Click on this icon to Export data into an Excel or PDF file.
	Click on this icon to Refresh or reload the page.
	Click this icon to delete the selected options.
	Click on this icon to select the required columns. This helps you to view or hide the selected columns.

Click the filter icon to view the available filters.
