Where can I find technical documentation for my SonicWall product or service?

While our Technical Documentation library can be easily accessed by going directly to support.sonicwall.com, you are also able access to all of our Technical Documentation through your MySonicWall account. This article explains how to locate the documentation you need.

You can access technical documentation for your SonicWall product in your MySonicWall account.

Here's how:

1. Go to www.MySonicWall.com and log into your account.
   If you do not have a MySonicWall account, you can learn how to register for one here.
2. Click Download Center | By Product Line.
3. From left to right, you have multiple drop downs that can help you find the desired technical documentation. You can choose the product type, language or release type for your documentation.
4. Additionally, by clicking on By Version under the Download Center you can find a Technical Documentation button.
5. If you click on it, you will be taken to the Technical Documentation search page on the SonicWall.com website.

On the Technical Documentation search page, you can search for the desired documentation by using multiple filters such as By Product, By Document Type, By Date, By Language.
