NetExtender 10.3.4 Compatibility with SonicOS 7.3.2 and SonicOS 8.2.0

We are pleased to inform customers that NetExtender version 10.3.4 is now fully supported and compatible with:

• SonicOS 7.3.2
• SonicOS 8.2.0

Embedded Client Versions

• SonicOS 8.2.0 is embedded with NetExtender 10.3.4.
• SonicOS 7.3.2 is embedded with NetExtender 10.2.341.

The inclusion of NetExtender 10.2.x in SonicOS 7.3.2 is designed to provide a smoother upgrade path for customers currently using NetExtender versions 10.3.0 through 10.3.3, due to known compatibility considerations with earlier 10.3.x builds.

Recommendation

We strongly recommend upgrading to NetExtender 10.3.4 to ensure:

• Full compatibility with the latest SonicOS releases
• Improved stability and performance
• Resolution of compatibility issues seen in earlier 10.3.x versions
• Security enhancements and bug fixes
• Ongoing support alignment

Customers running NetExtender 10.3.0 – 10.3.3 should prioritize upgrading to 10.3.4.

1. Download NetExtender 10.3.4 from MySonicWall or the Virtual Office portal.
2. Deploy the updated client to remote users.
3. Remove older client versions where applicable to avoid potential conflicts.
