How to add comments to a case from MySonicWall.com account?

This article explains how to Add comments to a case from MySonicWall.com account. 

Resolution

  1. Login to your MySonicWall account.
  2. Navigate to Support & Resources | Manage Cases.

  3. On the Manage Cases dashboard, you can see all your cases and some important details about them such as status, case number and subject. Image
  4. Click on the Case Number and click the add comments option.

  5. Click Add Comment and update the comments.

    Who Can Submit Support Case Online:  
    1. Users who have registered the SonicWall product directly to their MSW account
    2. Users who have been added as ‘Employee’ to whom the SonicWall products are shared
    3. Users who have been added as ‘Customer’ to a User Group with permissions, to whom the SonicWall products are shared
