GVC from Windows 10 devices unable to connect

Encryption and Authentication in WAN Group VPN configuration are not meeting the minimum requirements for connection from Windows 10 device.

Error example in GVC logs:

Starting ISAKMP phase 1 negotiation.
Starting aggressive mode phase 1 exchange.
Received no proposal chosen notify.
The phase 1 SA has died.

Edit the Encryption and Authentication to meet the minimum requirements.

The minimum IKE (Phase 1) Proposals are as follows:

DH Group:        Group 1
Encryption:       3DES
Authentication:  SHA1
