Cisco to SonicWall Console Cable - Translation Cable

Description

This KB describes the pinout needed to create a Translator Cable for Cisco to SonicWall console cables.

Cause

Many console servers are pinned out in Standard Cisco pinout, and SonicWalls have their own proprietary console pinout. A translator cable is thus necessary to access a SonicWall through a console server.

This will also allow the use of a standard DB9 > RJ-45 Cisco console cable.
