Please provide us with the following information in order to process a RMA Transfer request.

Upon receipt of this information we will send your request to SonicWALL Customer Service. A notification ticket number will then be generated and sent to your e-mail address.

Please note: Minimum requirements prior to submitting this form 

  • Both replacement and defective units should be registered in mysonicwall.com otherwise Customer Service will unable to complete the service transfer 
  • Transferring of service can occur on like unit types (i.e. TELE3 <> TZ 170, PRO 230 <> PRO 2040, etc.) consult your local SonicWALL sales manager if you have questions

Note: The serial number field can only contain alphabets A-F and numerals 0-9. Serial number must be 12 characters in length.
