SonicWALL System Tray
In the System Tray (lower right hand corner of most screens) you'll find the SonicWALL Anti-Spam Desktop icon, the S-box, shown below. Right-clicking this icon will display the SonicWALL Anti-Spam Desktop System Tray menu as shown below.

Configure Preferences
Selecting Configure Preferences will display the SonicWALL Anti-Spam Desktop preferences window where you can configure the product as needed for your desktop including viewing and updating allowed and blocked lists, adjusting your anti-spam settings, and more. Each of the configuration preferences screens has its own help link that provides assistance for that screen.
Registration Options
Click on Registration Options... to display the screen where you can enter the valid License Key for your copy of SonicWALL Anti-Spam Desktop. Until you have entered a valid license key, the product will consider itself to be in Trial mode.

Selecting this option will display this web page.
About…
Selecting the About... menu option will display the About window shown below.

The buttons on the About window operate as follows:
- Support - Selecting the Support button will take you to the SonicWALL Anti-Spam Desktop support page where you can enter a web-based support request.
- System Info - Selecting the System Info button will display information related to the installation and operation of SonicWALL Anti-Spam Desktop. This includes the product version, modules installed, your License Key, and the value of many of the SonicWALL Anti-Spam Desktop system variables.
- Close - Will close the About window.
Disable / Enable SonicWALL Anti-Spam Desktop
This selection will change depending on the operational status of SonicWALL Anti-Spam Desktop.
Disable SonicWALL Anti-Spam Desktop
When Disable is available to be selected, selecting this option will display the following informational window.

Once you have selected OK, SonicWALL Anti-Spam Desktop will be disabled when you exit Outlook or Outlook Express. If Outlook or Outlook Express is not running, disabling SonicWALL Anti-Spam Desktop will take place immediately.
The effect of disabling SonicWALL Anti-Spam Desktop means that it will no longer start when Outlook or Outlook Express is started and it will no longer filter email for spam or phishing. You must “Enable SonicWALL Anti-Spam Desktop” if you wish to reactivate SonicWALL Anti-Spam Desktop.
Enable SonicWALL Anti-Spam Desktop
When Enable is available to be selected, selecting this option will display the following informational window.

Once you have selected OK, SonicWALL Anti-Spam Desktop will be enabled the next time you start Outlook or Outlook Express.
The effect of enabling SonicWALL Anti-Spam Desktop means that it will start when Outlook or Outlook Express is started and it will filter email for spam or phishing. You must select Disable SonicWALL Anti-Spam Desktop if you wish to disable SonicWALL Anti-Spam Desktop.
