WHO CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE TRY AND BUY PROGRAM?
The SonicWALL Email Security Try and Buy program is for qualified customers who need to protect 25 mailboxes to over 5,000 mailboxes using their own SMTP-based e-mail or for Managed Service Providers to use to protect the SMTP-based e-mail of their customers.
There is a limit of one per customer.
WHAT DOES THE TRY AND BUY PROGRAM PROVIDE?
With the Try and Buy program you may receive the following solution:
- Up to a 15 day trial of either a SonicWALL Email Security appliance or SonicWALL Email Security Windows software depending on your operational environment
- Up to a 15 day trial of Email Protection subscription with 24 x 7 Dynamic support
- Up to a 15 day trial of Email Anti-Virus subscription (McAfee and SonicWALL Time-Zero)
- Up to a 15 day trial of Email Compliance subscription
HOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS PROGRAM
To apply for this program, simply complete and submit the Try and Buy application form above. Once the application is approved, your application will be sent to a participating SonicWALL Medallion partner. You will be contacted by the SonicWALL Medallion partner who will explain the program – including payment terms and conditions – and, if approved, you will receive a SonicWALL Email Security solution as defined above (appliance or Windows software) delivered to your organization for installation for up to 15 days.
The SonicWALL Medallion partner will be your primary point of contact for this program.
Terms & Conditions
These terms describe the SonicWALL Email Security Try and Buy program. The SonicWALL Email Security system has a separate license agreement. No terms and conditions listed herein replace, modify, augment or delete the terms of the SonicWALL Email Security license agreement.
General Terms
Application:
Application to the program is made by completing and submitting to SonicWALL the Try and Buy Program application form on this Web page. Faxes, Postal mail and other similar means may be accepted at the sole discretion of SonicWALL.
The application must be filled out in its entirety and all information must be factually correct. Incorrect, incomplete or invalid information may cause the application to be rejected. Acceptance of the application is at the sole discretion of SonicWALL.
Qualification:
SonicWALL at its sole discretion will approve or disapprove of each application. Approved applications will be provided to the applicable participating SonicWALL Medallion Partner. SonicWALL or its partner may attempt to directly contact those organizations who have had their applications disapproved.
Use of the SonicWALL Try and Buy Email Security Appliance or Software
The appliance or software provided through the Try and Buy program can only be used by the organization listed on the program application.
Payments and Terms
While the Try and Buy program allows you to evaluate SonicWALL Email Security, it is not free. You will be required to purchase the solution as defined above if you keep the solution past the end of the 15 day trial period. The SonicWALL Medallion partner, at their sole discretion, may require that your organization provide payment security such as a credit card number prior to delivering or installing the system. The security is intended to ensure payment if the Try and Buy solution is not returned within the 15 day trial period.
Returning the System
If, after you have completed your trial of SonicWALL Email Security, you decide you do not wish to keep the system, it can be returned to the SonicWALL Medallion partner within 15 days. The SonicWALL partner will establish and communicate the date to you on or before which you must return the Try and Buy solution if you do not wish to keep the system. It is your responsibility to know the date on which your Try and Buy period ends and to take action accordingly.
The Try and Buy Program period, including start and end dates of the program at your organization, is agreed upon between your company and the SonicWALL Medallion partner.
