Channel Partners

Please read the following program terms and complete the form below to apply for participation in the SonicWALL Medallion Partner Program.

Applicant is applying for Medallion Partner status for the calendar year 2007 in the country of Applicant’s primary place of business as listed at the end of this application on a non-exclusive basis.

Participants in the program will receive the following from SonicWALL:

1. The benefits described in the current SonicWALL Medallion Program Guidelines.
2. Access to an on-line site for Medallion Program participants only with a then current listing of SonicWALL authorized distributors and resellers.
3. Access to an on-line site where you will find information on then current SonicWALL marketing programs and branding requirements as well as other announcements designed for Medallion Program participants only.
4. Listing on SonicWALL’s Partner Locator Tool which allows end users to search a data base to find appropriate resellers to fill their requirements for SonicWALL products.

If your application is accepted, you will be required to:

1. Satisfy the obligations contained in the current SonicWALL Medallion Program Guidelines.  A copy of these guidelines can be requested by contacting a Channel Account Manager.
2. Purchase products, services and licenses for use only within your designated territory.
3. Purchase products, services and licenses only through authorized SonicWALL distributors.
4. Market SonicWALL products, services and licenses in a manner consistent with SonicWALL's then current marketing program and branding requirements.
5. Maintain the confidentiality of the terms of this program and any confidential information provided to you as a partner under this Medallion Program.

Acceptance of your application allows you to participate in the Medallion Program for the term set forth above. Renewal of your application for future periods will be based upon your prior performance as a Medallion Partner.

Application for participation in the 2007 SonicWALL Medallion Program supersedes all prior SonicWALL Medallion or Aventail Access program contracts.
